Blogging about Matthew Tyas' pottery and explorations in making.
I returned from Yorkshire in the New Year with a few items for the workshop. I also inherited some items from a studio clearance in St Ives, including a pug mill, plaster moulds and various bags of wet and dried clay. So it was time to get into the workshop and have a clear and tidy – it’s amazing the difference a day can make. Now there’s the space to deal with the pug and start making some pots.
