Every purchase you make supports me in being an established self-employed artist - if I don't sell my work then I can't continue; it's that simple.
And what can be more satisfying, for any maker, than to get to know the people who buy your work and treasure it? All the work featured here is made by my own hand, and original and unique. Postage and packaging charges are included in the price for UK buyers, so it's simple and economical to buy work directly from me. You're also welcome to come and view and handle any work that you wish - just Contact me to make arrangements.

Buying Ceramics
How much is postage?
All ceramics delivered within the United Kingdom are sent free of charge. If you want to make a purchase from outside the UK, please Contact me for a quote.
Are my financial details safe with you?
Yes - I don't personally handle your financial details or have access to them; they are held and processed by PayPal and, what's more, you don't need an existing PayPal account to buy from my site.
Are items insured for transit?
Insurance is not included in the price for items dispatched to UK addresses. If you want your item insured, then please add 2% to the price in order to calculate it. I will underwrite the item myself and refund you should it arrive damaged or missing. Please make a note to me, during the PayPal checkout procedure, if you would like insurance adding and I will invoice accordingly.
Can I return an item?
I want you to be happy with your purchase, so always ask any questions that you need to before you commit to buying - I'll gladly answer you with text and images.
However, if you should buy something that you'd like to return then I'm happy to consider this, and give a full refund, if you agree to pay for my postage costs and your postage costs; in these circumstances the item has to be returned within 7 working days of receiving it and in the same condition that it was sent. However, I will not provide a refund if the item isn't insured and damaged in transit.
Can I view/collect items in person?
Of course you can! Just Contact me to arrange a visit.
